Morita's panoramic line and the Yoshida Panoura 18S — and installs, integrates, and supports every unit for life. Veraviewepocs 2D delivers crystal-clear panoramic and cephalometric images at low effective dose, and can be upgraded to 3D later. It features fully automatic settings, the Orthoradial Panoramic projection to reduce overlap between neighboring teeth, Shadow Reduction Panoramic projection, AF Automatic Positioning (a light-beam sensor positions the C-arm without moving the patient), and an HD cephalometric option with soft-tissue display. Veraview IC5 is compact and lightweight, with Digital Direct Auto Exposure (DDAE) that sets kV and mA and adjusts continuously through the pass, plus the Auto Image Enhancer (AIE) software for exceptional clarity. Triple laser positioning, CCD sensor technology, up to 50% energy savings, and a 4.8-second pediatric panoramic with reduced dose make it excellent for pediatric dentistry. Panoura 18S (Yoshida / ImageWorks) brings the same direct-conversion philosophy as our DC-Air™ sensor to panoramic scale: a cadmium-telluride direct-conversion CMOS detector captures X-rays straight to 16-bit signal — no scintillator layer — across a 58–82 kVp, 2–10 mA exposure range with a 0.5 mm focal spot and 100 µm pixels.
